Role Summary
Rugiet is a leader in modern men’s health, known for disrupting the industry with patented, clinical solutions like Ready. As we scale into new categories—from sleep and hair loss to weight management—we need a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of one of our largest channels: Paid Social.
You are a data-obsessed performance marketer who lives in Ads Manager but thinks like a creative strategist. You will be responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets across Meta and TikTok, driving efficient customer acquisition (CAC) while scaling our reach. At Rugiet, growth is not just about spending; it’s about architecting a machine that turns data into insights and insights into revenue.
Key Deliverables
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Own the end-to-end strategy, setup, and day-to-day optimization of Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and experimental channels).
- Budget & Efficiency: Manage 7-figure monthly budgets with a relentless focus on CAC targets.
- Creative Strategy & Testing: Partner with the Creative team to build a high-velocity testing engine. You don't just "run ads"—you develop hypotheses on what "thumb-stopping" content looks like for our unique patient personas.
- Data Integration: Work with our Analytics team to refine attribution models, ensuring we understand the true "Incrementality" of our social spend.
- Landing Page Strategy: Collaborate with the Digital Product team to optimize post-click experiences, ensuring our landing pages convert at peak efficiency.
- Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all creative and targeting strategies adhere to healthcare regulations (FDA, FTC, and HIPAA).

Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least 3+ years directly managing high-scale Paid Social accounts (D2C subscription and/or telehealth preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Snap Ads is non-negotiable.
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau). You should be comfortable building your own performance dashboards.
- Testing Frameworks: Proven track record of running rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audience, and bidding strategies.
- Scale Capability: Experience managing annual spends exceeding $50M+ while maintaining strict efficiency goals.
- Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in a regulated industry or telemedicine is a massive advantage.
