The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Project Manager, Creative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the linchpin for all creative projects, ensuring that our marketing campaigns, brand assets, and digital content are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and execution, empowering our creative team to produce their best work while maintaining seamless workflows.

What You'll Do: 

  • Project Planning & Scoping: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for all creative initiatives (e.g., campaigns, digital ads, website content, email creative, video production, photography, brand assets). 
  • Workflow Management: Establish and optimize efficient creative workflows, processes, and tools to streamline production from concept to delivery. Implement best practices for creative brief development, asset management, review cycles, and approvals. 
  • Timeline & Budget Oversight: Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, actively monitoring progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track and within financial constraints. 
  • Resource Allocation: Manage creative team capacity and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and preventing bottlenecks. 
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for creative projects, facilitating clear and consistent communication between the creative team and other departments. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and changes to all relevant stakeholders. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines. 
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the review and approval process for all creative assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal/compliance requirements (especially critical in healthcare). 
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed for specialized creative services (e.g., photographers, videographers, illustrators). 
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative project management processes, tools, and efficiencies. 
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential issues before they impact timelines or deliverables. 

What You Bring: 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on creative, marketing, or agency environments. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex creative projects simultaneously from inception to completion. 
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Smartsheets) and digital asset management (DAM) systems. 
  • Deep understanding of the creative development lifecycle for various media (digital, print, video, social, web). 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. 
  • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation for creative teams. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or healthcare/telehealth environment. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing. 
  • Experience managing video production, photography, or large-scale content creation projects. 
  • PMP or other project management certifications.
