The Opportunity: Rugiet Health is looking for a Senior Manager of Creative Strategy to lead and scale our performance-driven creative engine. This role is at the intersection of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and high-velocity experimentation. You’ll architect the creative strategy behind our most important growth levers—across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat—and ensure that performance creative drives measurable business results.
You'll lead creative testing frameworks, brief and manage 4–5 external creative partners delivering ongoing paid assets, and collaborate cross-functionally with our Growth, Analytics, and Media teams. This role also supports broader brand storytelling across linear and connected TV (CTV), helping us drive awareness and trust in a regulated healthcare space.

What You'll Do:
Creative Strategy & Testing
- Own the creative testing roadmap for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat—including hypotheses, creative briefs, testing frameworks, and analysis of results.
- Define and evolve the full-funnel creative strategy across paid social and video: from thumb-stopping hooks and UGC-style ads to explainer videos and product-focused landing pages.
- Support brand storytelling across CTV and linear TV, ensuring consistency with paid digital efforts while adapting messaging to the medium.
Creative Partner Management
- Manage 4–5 external creative vendors (freelancers and studios) producing continuous performance creative, ensuring clear direction, consistent feedback, and alignment with KPIs.
- Build systems to scale content output without sacrificing strategic quality—prioritizing high-impact iterations and learnings from successful ads.
Performance-Driven Insight Development
- Partner with Paid Media, Growth Analytics, and Retention teams to translate performance data into actionable creative insights.
- Use tooling such as Northbeam (attribution), Atria (creative analytics), and Domo/GA4 to identify top-performing creative patterns and conversion drop-offs.
- Help establish an internal creative learning library, distilling patterns across channels, formats, and messages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product to translate messaging pillars into actionable creative strategies.
- Partner with Legal and Clinical teams to ensure all assets meet compliance requirements within healthcare advertising.
Strategic Briefing & Feedback
- Write concise, clear, and inspiring briefs for internal teams and vendors—grounded in consumer insights, platform best practices, and brand voice.
- Provide structured, strategic creative feedback tied to campaign objectives, testing insights, and performance data.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in growth or creative strategy, ideally within high-growth DTC, consumer health, or subscription-based companies.
- Deep understanding of paid social creative strategy and testing frameworks, with a portfolio of work that drove measurable business results.
- Experience managing external creative partners and driving performance outcomes across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—you can simplify complex ideas into compelling creative direction.
- Hands-on familiarity with project management tools like Notion, and ClickUp is a plus.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with competing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving business needs.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience launching CTV or linear TV campaigns, including brief development and creative testing.
- Background in creative production, advertising copywriting, or art direction with a shift into strategy.
- Exposure to healthcare, telemedicine, or regulated product categories with nuanced messaging needs.
- A strong POV on how creative testing should evolve in the era of signal loss and iOS privacy changes.
