Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll be on the front lines—engaging with customers, closing sales, and ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand. What You’ll Do:
- Make proactive outbound calls to leads—guide them through questions, address concerns, and close the deal.
- Respond to inbound inquiries with speed and empathy, delivering personalized product education.
- Collaborate with fellow sales reps and leadership to hit (and exceed) team and individual targets.
- Stay sharp on our product formulas, competitive differentiators, and industry updates.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and optimize your sales funnel.
- Bring ideas: help shape sales strategy and share feedback to improve customer experience.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of inside sales or phone-based customer service experience.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A comfort with rejection—and a passion for persistence.
- Tech-savvy with CRM software and MS Office.
- Super organized with a can-do attitude and coachable mindset.
- Bonus: healthcare, telemedicine, or DTC experience.
Compensation & Perks:
- $14–$16/hour
