Position Summary:
Rugiet is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director of Clinical Sales to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our Erectile Dysfunction (ED) medication to healthcare providers and clinics. You will play a crucial role in educating healthcare professionals about the unique benefits of Rugiet's ED solutions and establishing strong relationships to drive product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and target key healthcare providers, urologists, and clinics specializing in men's health.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about Rugiet's ED medication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive product adoption and increase sales.
- Provide ongoing support and education to healthcare providers regarding the appropriate use of Rugiet's ED medication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote Rugiet's products and expand professional network.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business).
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a focus on urology or men's health products preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
