Mid-Level Sales Representative

Rugiet Health is an Austin, TX-based growth-stage company aimed at disrupting the US Healthcare market by democratizing access to best-in-class compounded medications delivered through a bespoke/luxury online marketplace. Rugiet is operated by a small but passionate management team with deep industry experience in Clinical, Marketing, and Technology verticals.

About the Role:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
  • Engage with potential customers through proactive outreach, understanding their needs, and effectively closing deals.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Received and responded to customer inquiries, provided product information, and ensured a positive customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at exceeding revenue goals.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track progress, and analyze data for informed decision-making.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with sales principles, lead generation, and customer service best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales Representative or equivalent role.
  • Minimum High School diploma

Preferred:

  • College Degree in Sales or equivalent degree.
